DESTINATIONS:

Paro - Paro is one of the most charming valleys in Bhutan. Sightseeing amalgamates in itself natural beauty and history of the region. The pride of Paro is the hanging temples & watchtower on the cliffs & ridges.

Haa - Haa is the most picturesque region with its Alpine valleys, lakes and mountains. Monumental wonders are the Dobji Dzong- a five storied fortress, the two temples of White (Lhakhang Karpo) and Black (Lhakhang Nagpo) representing Wisdom, Knowledge and Subjugation.

Thimphu - The capital town at 2400m, is a synthesis of tradition & modernity forming a unique cultural potpourri. Major attraction is the Semtokha Dzong one of the oldest Dzong in Bhutan besides numerous temples, dzongs, chortens, museums & handicraft stores.

Punakha - Punakha hails to be linked with some of the most significant events in the Bhutanese history and also displays some of the magical beauties of Bhutan.

Bumthang - Known as the spiritual heartland of Bhutan, the region also has mesmerising valleys and ancient glaciers.

Trongsa - It is memorable for its pastoral feel with meadows offering grazing for sheep & yak and also a bird watchers delight.

Mongar - Mongar is simply spectacular with stark cliffs, gorges and dense conifer forests. Mongar is famed for the 17th century ruin of Zhongar Dzong, the 16th Century Dramitse Lhakhang and the Aja Ney pilgrim site.

Wangde Phodrang - The Dzong of Wangdue, built in 1639, lies on a ridge overlooking the Punatsangchu and Dangchu rivers. The region is ideal for its village visits to witness its cultural wonders.

Samdrup Jongkhar - It shares the international border with Assam, about 150 km from Guwahati and is an important trading town.
